We recently had to change venues due to unforeseen circumstances. Here are some things you need to know….

I’ve already purchased a ticket and still plan to go. Do I need to do anything?

Thank you for coming! There is no action required on your part. Your ticket will be honored. We look forward to seeing you there!

I’ve already purchased a ticket but now I cannot attend. How do I get my refund?

Thank you for your support of the festival – we’re sorry not to see you, but we understand. Please send us an email at pendulumcoffee.com and we will take of it for you. We do have a return policy that will allow you to request a refund up to a day before the event.

I’ve already purchased a ticket but now I cannot attend. Can I transfer my ticket?

Thank you for your support of the festival – we’re sorry not to see you, but we thank you for spreading the word among your fellow coffee lovers. If you would like to transfer your ticket please send an email to pendulum@pendulumcoffee.com with your name, email address you used to purchase the ticket, first/last name and email address of the person you would like that ticket(s) transferred to.

I’ve not purchased a ticket yet. How do I do that?
